Bargain hunters boost Nikkei

The Nikkei 225 index has closed at 13,272.94, up 10.80 points, supported by bargain-hunting of high-tech stocks.

But dealers say buying was limited ahead of the weekend due to concerns about the outlook for the tech sector after more profit warnings and negative comment.
