The European Commission's reprimand against Finance Minister Charlie McCreevy for his 2001 Budget is to be discussed in the European Parliament on Thursday.
The EU Council of Finance Ministers yesterday formally reprimanded Ireland, despite the Government's staunch defence of their economic position.
