Dairygold seeks to assure suppliers over milk deal

Dairygold yesterday gave its suppliers various assurances in response to criticisms of its latest milk supply agreement.

These include that the terms of Dairygold’s agreement are binding on both parties and cannot be amended without the written agreement of both the co-op and the individual milk supplier.

Dairygold also says member funding elements in the milk purchasing terms and conditions will not be increased up to 2019, without the approval of individual members.
