Market falls as ECB moves observed

The ISEQ Index fell 26.34 points yesterday to close at 3,169.25.

Other European shares were hit as doubts began to surface over whether the ECB could agree measures to stem the euro area debt crisis.

In the financial sector, Bank of Ireland dropped 0.2c to 10.1c. AIB were unchanged at 5c. Permanent TSB advanced 0.1c to 2.3c, while Insurance Group FBD Holdings fell 0.4c to €7.90.
