BUSINESSMAN Seán Quinn has accused Anglo Irish Bank of having a “vendetta” against both himself and his children.

In a hard-hitting statement, the former boss of the Quinn Group said thousands of jobs were at risk following a substantial drop in trading.

Mr Quinn said Finance Minister Michael Noonan appears to have “been seriously misled” last April when he said the deal Anglo agreed with international banks and bondholders for the Quinn Group involved a substantial writedown of the group’s €1.27 billion debt.
