Skoda turnover rises 5% to €50m

Dublin: In the first six months of 2011, Skoda Ireland turnover rose 5% to €50.4m compared to the corresponding period in 2010. Parts and accessories turnover grew 26%. Registrations are also up 5% for the period.

In 2010, Skoda achieved the best sales result in the history of the company, growing 11.5% inter-nationally and exceeding the sales threshold of 750,000 cars. Last month Skoda revealed a new sales record in the first half of 2011.
