FDI facing severe competition

Dublin: Ireland is facing increased competition as a foreign direct investment (FDI) location for multinationals, delegates at the spring lunch of the American Chamber of Commerce were told.

Guest speaker Dr Jacob Dencik said that Ireland remains a top destination for FDI, despite its recent economic and fiscal difficulties.
