State Street to give €94k to charity

STATE STREET FOUNDATION, the charitable grant-making arm of State Street Corporation, has awarded a grant of €94,000 to the Society of St Vincent de Paul (SVP) for educational support.

The funding will be used by the SVP to support services in Kilkenny, Naas, Drogheda and Dublin where State Street’s offices in Ireland are located.

The aim is to support second-level students who are at risk of leaving school early and disadvantaged people seeking access to further their education.
