Kerry Group set to sell Dawn liquid milk business to Glanbia for €10m

KERRY Group has signed a contract to sell its Limerick -based Dawn liquid milk business to the Kilkenny- based Glanbia Group in a deal understood to be worth about €10 million.

The sale will have to get the sanction of the Competition Authority, which is expected to ratify it.

The deal was signed on Thursday and about eight million gallons of milk will transfer in the move.
