Kingspan sees turnover rise 6%

CAVAN-based international building materials company, Kingspan has said that group turnover rose by 6% – on a year-on-year basis – in the first nine months of the year despite market conditions tightening throughout year.

In its latest interim management statement, published yesterday, the insulation products specialist said group revenue amounted to €865 million for the nine-month period to the end of September and third- quarter sales were up by 15%, year-on-year.

For the full year, Kingspan’s management has said that operating profit should come in broadly in line – or possibly slightly ahead – of last year’s €62.7m total; with a range of €62m- e65m anticipated.
