Campaign to stamp out bureaucracy to save companies €13.5m annually
As part of a concerted campaign to stamp out needless bureaucracy, the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement has issued a guidance note to small firms outlining that directors’ names need no longer be pre-printed on headed paper – untilrecently firms understood this was a requirement under company law.
Instead, the names can be included in the footer of the letter template which allows them to appear automatically when each letter is written.
