Software firm may have buyout offer

TRINTACH GROUP, an Irish maker of financial software solutions, said it received approaches from a number of parties that may lead to an offer for the company’s entire share capital.

The Dublin-based company said: “Discussions are at a very preliminary stage and that there can be no certainty they will lead to any agreement”.
