ECB board: ‘Worst is over for Ireland’

Dublin: European Central Bank Executive Board member Jose Manuel Gonzalez-Paramo said the worst is over for Ireland.

Ireland’s National Asset Management Agency “is now the avenue that one has to go through,” he said in an interview.

“The key is to have strong banks that contribute to a recovery.”
