Financial products refund service

A NEW online complaints service, Refund.ie will help customers unhappy with financial products they have bought.

The service will challenge the financial institutions and secure refunds for consumers who feel they have been misled on products.

Refund.ie will filter and manage from start to finish complaints of a financial services nature, from the public directly with the financial institution concerned on products which include payment protection insurance, investment bonds, life assurance policies, unfair credit agreements to name but a few. Up until now in Ireland the only avenues for a complaint have been the Ombudsman or legal action.
