Tokyo: BNP Paribas, France’s biggest bank, has breached two securities rules, Japan’s Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission said.

The Paris-based bank, which in November last year was ordered to improve compliance in Japan, has made mistakes and omissions in documentation it was told to file during the Financial Services Agency’s inspection, according to a statement released by the SESC in Tokyo.
