NAMA to hire loan services provider

THE National Asset Management Agency plans to hire a loan services provider to assist with recovery of property assets.

“The loans services provider must have the capacity, if required, to carry out primary servicing of certain loan portfolios,” said a document published on the Government’s procurement website.

This includes the “timely collection of loan payments, liaison with NAMA personnel in relation to key loan decisions, covenant testing and the production of reports to NAMA in relation to loans and underlying assets”.
