Sandwich bar profits €1.1m

RESULTS from O’Brien’s Sandwich Bars chain shows the group made profits of €1.1m in 2006, giving the group one of its best year’s trading to date.

As a result of the strong profits, the group had retained earnings on its books by the end of 2006 of €1.4m up from €300,000 the year before.

The group has 300 franchised outlets in Ireland, Britain, Asia and in the Middle East.
