Arystor Ltd acquires RAID

DATA storage start-up Arystor Limited has acquired the former Raidtec RAID firm and its technology and products from Plasmon PLC in a deal valued at €3m.

Arystor has already signed agreements with a number of partners in the US and Taiwan to develop its products.

The Arystor design team is also developing products which are planned for introduction over the coming quarters.
