Entertainment costing more

EATING out, having a drink, going to the cinema and attending a sporting event have become more expensive, yesterday’s inflation figures confirm.

The cost of eating in restaurants, cafes and fast food outlets has risen by 4.5% since last year.

Ordering beer, spirits, wine, soft drinks and mineral water in licensed premises has also increased.
