Kerry to up price paid for milk again

KERRY GROUP yesterday announced a further increase in the price it is paying suppliers for milk.

It said its supplier milk price payments for September and October deliveries will increase by a further 11.4 c/gallon (2.5c/litre) to 177.3 c/gallon (39c/litre).

This brings the cumulative Kerry milk price increase in 2007 to 60.5 c/gallon (13.3c/litre).
