Companies Report 2006 launched

THE Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment Micheál Martin formally launched the Companies Report 2006, yesterday.

The report details the various legislative changes made in relation to companies (including things like the increase in audit exemption thresholds to the maximum permitted under EU law) since January 1, 2006 and reports on the implementation and enforcement of the Companies Acts by relevant public agencies and bodies during 2006.
