CRH buys Texan firm for €141.1m

IRISH construction products giant, CRH has acquired Texas-based firm, Vistawell for $190 million (€141.1m).

Vistawell is part of the Australian-owned Butler Steel Group and manufactures and markets aluminium building products for the construction industry.

Vistawell accounts for around one third of Butler’s revenues.
