Cyril Dunne joins Depfa Bank

Depfa Bank, Europe’s second biggest public finance provider, has appointed Cyril Dunne as chief operating officer and member of the executive committee.

Mr Dunne, 47, will be responsible for operations, information technology and administration.

He joins the Dublin-based lender from Bank of Ireland Group where he was group transformation director.
