Chamber hosts director seminar

Cork Chamber, in association with the Institute of Directors in Ireland, is organising a seminar to keep people up to date with the responsibilities of company directorship.

Kevin Prendergast, from the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement and Sinead Corcoran from Ronan Daly Jermyn Solicitors will provide an overview of the legal and regulatory requirements of being a company director.

The seminar takes place on May 1 at 11.15am at the Montenotte Hotel.
