New date for waste grant applications

THE deadline to submit outstanding details relating to the farm waste management scheme grant application has been extended to June 29.

Agriculture and Food Minister Mary Coughlan, who announced the move, said she was aware a number of farmers and their consultants were having difficulties in arranging for the required drawings to be supplied to her department by the original March 31 deadline.

Accordingly, the deadline for receipt of drawings and other details outstanding from grant applications already received has been extended.
