Newry sees biggest house price rise

NEWRY has recorded the biggest increase in house prices in Britain and the North in 2006 with an average rise of 54%, according to the fourth Halifax annual survey of British towns.

All of the 10 towns delivering the biggest price increases were in Northern Ireland.
