Record number of EU payments

A RECORD 100,000 international payments have been made by AIB personal customers since the bank introduced the service to its internet banking in April.

Poland tops the destination list of payments with the average amount transferred €1,000.

Of the 100,000 international payments made online, 75% were processed free of charge under AIB’s Paylink Euro product.
