Speculators to invest in German property

PROPERTY speculators will splash out €200m on 15 retail and office developments in major German cities in the coming year.

Signature Capital, a Dublin-based property investment group, has plans to invest heavily in locations across Germany from Berlin to Leipzig.

It plans investments of up to up to €50m each on individual buildings and hopes to raise €50m from its client base to fund the new spate of investment.
