Poor uptake of SSIA pension scheme

FIGURES from the Department of Finance have shown that there has been a poor take-up by the public of the new SSIA incentive scheme for investing in pensions.

The Government expected at least 80,000 taxpayers to participate when the scheme was launched earlier this year, the magazine said.
