Aer Lingus share offer expected to value airline at €660 million

AER Lingus shares are expected to be priced at around €2.35 this morning.

The airline’s advisers were last night receiving final offers from institutional investors for the shares. The company had valued its shares at between €2.10 and €2.70, but the actual price is expected to be somewhere between €2.25 and €2.40, according to analysts, with some predicting €2.35. A statement from the airline is expected early this morning.

If the price is €2.35, Aer Lingus will be valued at €660 million before the proceeds of the flotation are factored in.
