Harcourt plans LasVegas development

PROPERTY development group Harcourt Holdings is said to be on the verge of funding an $800 million (€1.1 billion) property development in Las Vegas.

Harcourt is headed by developer, Pat Doherty, who appeared before the Moriarty Tribunal over a payment of €44,000 to former Fine Gael Minister, Michael Lowry.

It also includes former RTÉ broadcaster Mike Murphy on its board and was once chaired by businessman Phil Flynn.

Harcourt is reported to have agreed a loan to a group called, Glen, Smith & Glen to develop a 16.5-acre site at Sullivan Square, Las Vegas.
