iTrips to be legalised soon

ITRIPS may soon be made legal in Ireland following ComReg’s announcement that short-range transmitting devices will soon be legalised.

iTrips to be legalised soon

iTrips are small radio-transmitters used for connecting MP3 players to radios and car stereos which allow people to listen to music transmitted from an MP3 player.

The proposal is included in ComReg’s requirements for radio services which have been notified to the European Commission.
