Software centre joins NESSI board

LERO, the Irish software engineering centre, has become one of only three academic partners to Networked European Software and Services Initiative (NESSI).

There were over 140 applications from ICT companies around Europe.

Lero is the sole academic representative on the NESSI Executive Board.

NESSI aims to create a pan-European ICT strategy to encourage investment in European research.
