Glanbia investigates milk suppliers

GLANBIA is investigating a small number of its suppliers over suspicions they tampered with milk.

The group said it continuously investigates unusual milk supply patterns and as such became aware of a situation in Waterford in recent months, which is currently under investigation.

“This investigation centres on a possible situation whereby water may have been added to some milk prior to collection from farms.
