Tax take puts Government in good position

FOR a government in power for almost 10 years, there is always a danger that the electorate might become a little bit bored and vote for change for the sake of change.

If recent opinion polls are to be believed, this phenomenon now appears to be afflicting the current Government.

With less than a year to go to the election, the Government must now be wondering what it can do to reverse the tide as the country is arguably doing very well and it is certainly debatable if any alternative government could actually be doing things any better.
