DAX on the up

GERMAN stocks including Krones AG and Bilfinger Berger AG advanced. Depfa Bank Plc declined.

The benchmark DAX Index gained 7.07, or 0.1%, to 5763.40 in Frankfurt after falling as much as 0.7% earlier. The same number of shares rose as fell. The HDAX increased 0.1%.

Krones added 3% to €92.40.
