Wholesale prices rise 1.1%: CSO

WHOLESALE or factory gate prices rose by 1.1% during November, according to figures from the Central Statistics Office (CSO) yesterday.

There was a 1.4% decline in November 2004 and in the intervening year, the price of energy products rose by 7.8% and petrol prices rose by 22%.
