Readymix’s two new directors

CONCRETE group Readymix has appointed two new directors to its board, following the recent takeover of majority shareholder RMC by Mexican cement giant Cemex.

Cemex executives Fernando Gonzalez and Marco Moreno joined the board with effect from March 1, the company told the stock exchange yesterday.

Neither nominee holds shares in Readymix.
