Providence defines rights issue

Exploration company Providence Resources has published its shareholder document explaining the company’s forthcoming rights issue.

The rights issue gives ordinary shareholders the right to subscribe for one rights issue unit for every 57 ordinary shares held, at a price of 12c per unit.

Each unit comprises four rights issue shares and one rights issue warrant.
