Boots’ profits rise 33% to €16m

BOOTS’ Irish operations saw a 33% rise in pre-tax profits to €16 million and a turnover of €193m - up by 12% - for the year to March 2005.

The company’s distribution business recorded a 23% rise in profits to €3m on a turnover of €21.4m.
