Kingspan gets €26.95m settlement

A €26.95 MILLION payment to building materials and insulation producer Kingspan on the last day of 2004 ends its legal battles arising from the acquisition of the Tate Global Corporation in the US.

Just under four years ago Kingspan paid €120m for the Tate Global Corporation, a leading manufacturing of raised floors for offices in the US.

Yesterday, Kingspan announced it has agreed a full and final settlement with the former shareholders of Tate Global Corporation.
