Permanent TSB’s cool credit card

Permanent TSB has launched its new Ice credit card, which it claims has the lowest interest rate in Ireland.

The card will attract a rate of 9.9% APR and will have a special six-month introductory rate of 2.9% on balances transferred to the new card.

Applicants must have a minimum income of €30,000.
