Meteor has new chief executive

Mobile operator Meteor has appointed Robert Halbrook as its new chief executive.

Mr Halbrook, who joined Meteor from Caribbean mobile operator Centennial de Puerto Rico, said he aimed to grow the business as quickly as possible and build on the strong foundation that was already in place at Meteor.
