Prestigious award goes to Barry’s

Barry’s of Mallow, one of the leading cash and carry and wholesale food distributors in Ireland, has been awarded the Stonehouse Depot of the Year Award 2004. This is the third time that the company has won this significant award.

Three independent inspections of the facility were carried out over six months with the company obtaining a score of 98% to win the award for its operating standards.

Chief executive Jim Barry said: “This is a fantastic achievement for the company and our excellent team of employees.”
