Anglo Irish raises interest rates

ANGLO IRISH BANK has increased the interest rates on its range of short notice savings accounts, with immediate effect.

Their leading 30-day notice savings account is now paying 3.0% Gross/CAR (from 2.65% Gross/CAR) to all new and existing customers.

Anglo Irish Bank has also increased the interest rates on its easy access savings account to 2.35% Gross/CAR and its seven day notice savings account to 2.50% Gross/CAR for those customers who need access to their funds at a shorter notice period.
