Broadstone Capital acquire Harvest

Dublin: Broadstone Capital Group Limited announced yesterday that it has completed its acquisition of Harvest Global Asset Management, the Dublin-based ‘active investment’ manager which has a significant Life and Pensions business.

Harvest has over €150m Assets Under Management (AUM). The Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority (IFSRA) has already approved the transaction.

As a result of this expansion, both companies plan to offer their investors improved performance, greater security and access to new products and investment opportunities.
