Accenture profits march

Accenture, which sells computer and management services to AT&T and the US Air Force, said third-quarter profit gained as consulting revenue rose for the first time in more than two years.

Profit rose to 37 cents a share in the quarter ended May 31, from 28 cents a year earlier, the company said. Sales, before reimbursements to clients for contract costs, gained 21% to $3.69bn from $3.04bn a year earlier.
