Website monitors rogue contractors

A new Irish website was launched yesterday to help expose rogue building contractors who fail to protect construction workers or cover them for pensions, sick pay or death in service.

The website - www.monagency.ie - allows workers to check if their employer has registered them for a pension, as required under the Registered Employment Agreement.
