AIB customers should match bark with bite

COMPLAINING customers, it’s time to put up or shut up. Next week sees the publication of AIB’s annual results, when the black sheep of Irish banking announces another strong performance and billion-euro profits.

We can look forward to the airwaves being filled with the usual outrage that accompanies news of bank profits, as gripes over perceived rip-offs, overcharging and profiteering are trotted out once again.

For AIB, this will be even more fun than usual, in light of its unprecedented flow of unwelcome news over the past year.
