Strong on service, reports Ryanair

No-frills airline Ryanair said yesterday that 90% of its flights arrived on time in December, making it the number one airline for punctuality.

The level of complaints and lost baggage fell from last year and stood at less than one per 1,000 passengers. All complaints were dealt with in less than seven days.

The airline operated more than 15,000 flights during the month.
